If you were to ask most people about their experience dealing with contractors, most will likely tell of a nightmarish tale of pie in the sky promises, blown deadlines, and disappearing acts worthy of Houdini.

You will not find those tales about Frank Laracca. Frank will be at the work site on-time, performing each and every task as if the property is his. Whatever your mind’s eye can imagine, once relayed to Frank, he will make it a reality. If Frank works with other contractors, as he did on my project, he will go beyond the call of duty by doing things that are not his responsibility simply because he cares and wants to make sure the project comes out perfect. Frank will not cut corners.
